SDC Analysis & Update

The City of Coburg charges developers System Development Charges (SDCs) for certain kinds of developments.

The City of Coburg currently has four SDCs: Parks, Transportation, Water, & Wastewater. In fiscal year 2018 the City hired FCS Group to revise our SDC methodology. After research and working with staff over several months, staff is ready to bring a recommendation to City Council.

At their September meeting, City Council will hear the recommendation. For 60 days prior to that meeting, the report prepared by FCS Group will be available for public review attached below and at City Hall at 91136 N Willamette Street in Coburg.
