All land use applications are due at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Some types of applications also need City Council approval in which the next available City Council meeting will hear the case. See (link on side) of Forms & Applications for more information on some of the application types and processes.

Meeting minutes and packet materials are available for review at City Hall, one week prior to a scheduled meeting.

About Coburg Planning Commission

Commissioner Requirements:
 - Must be at least 18 years old
 - All but two positions must be Coburg residents (i.e. live within Coburg city limits)
 
The Position
 - There are seven positions
 - This is a voluntary, two-year term
 - Reappointments are made each October by Planning Commission recommendation 
   and City Council appointment
 - There are no term limits
 - Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at Coburg City Hall
