If an individual fails to appear for a traffic violation, they have fourteen days to contact the Court after the court appearance date to reschedule or to enter a plea. On the fourteenth day the Court will impose a judgment of guilty and impose a miximum fine. If the fine goes unpaid the court will suspend your drivers license and send amount owed to collection (adding additional fees).

Cases are not discussed by the Judge in person or over the phone. Court matters are handled only in the courtroom during your arraignment or by mail.

The Judge will ask you if you are able to pay. If not, the Judge will set an installment plan.
