My Driving Record

Will it appear on my driving record?

Yes. The Court is required to submit all convictions to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) upon conviction.

Is there anything I can do to keep a conviction off my driving record?

No. The Court does not offer classes or any other options to keep a conviction from being recorded.
